这个按钮一共四个选项，但是实际上只有一个功能，那就是提醒。
但它细化了四种提醒触发的方式：
- Not watching：作为参与者或被@到的时候提醒。
- Releases only：发布版本的时候提醒。
- Watching：发生任何改动都提醒。
- Ignoring：发生任何改动都不提醒。
