关于Visual Studio编写C#程序的时候的packages是可以删除后上传github的这件事
上次写PCRArenaRecorder-Analyzer的时候，用了CefSharp，结果给packages整了800多M，结果上传github的时候被拒绝提交了。
犹豫了一番，决定尝试删除packages，因为我认为这个包应该会在Debug的时候自己下载回来，果不其然。
我现在真的为自己不好好理解VS的文件结构而感到羞愧，这个东西应该是常识吧。
嘛，不过我也不怎么用github就是了（刚开始用），这个我也没办法注意到。
总之先记一下。
