Examples:
- このゲーム機は昨日買ってきたばかりなのに、もう弟に壊されてしまった。I just bought this game console yesterday, but my brother has already destroyed it.
A「ねえ、その漫画、読み終わったら貸して。」
B「いいけど、まだ読んでないよ。図書館で借りてきたばかりなんだ。」
A: "Hey, lend me that manga when you finish reading it."
B: "Okay, but I haven't read it yet. I just borrowed it from the library."
- ここに引っ越したばかりですから道もよくわかりません。I just moved here so I don't know the way.
- 出張から帰ってきたばかりで、とても疲れている。I just came back from a business trip and am very tired.
Indicates that a certain action has just occurred, not long.
