主要讲一个学生来行政办公室来为自己的Club要一个私人Office，但是实际情况是这个学生，还没完全建立好自己的摄影俱乐部就来了，结果导致他得回宿舍拿委员会给的那些确认材料。管理员跟他说，并没有剩余的私人Office，但是半私人的Office有，这意味着他可能需和2~3个社团一起共享这个Office，当然，这个Office是有分隔间的，这能保证一定的privacy。
管理员还告诉这位学生，他可以免费使用一些audiovisual设备，我想大概是特指广播和放映机之类的东西，可被允许分发传单和海报，并且有资格用资金开展俱乐部活动。当然，最后一句，我觉得这个学生说了一些多余的话，比如他想在这个学期雇佣一个Speaker之类的……
