As a student who was supposed to enter a Japanese language school in April 2021, I still cannot enter Japan. (Because of COVID-19)
I still don't know when can I enter Japan, so I launched this challenge for myself.
I don't plan to eat solid foods, so I only drink water or some soft drinks.
My current weight is 91.55 kg.
My goal is 68 kg. I knew it might not be possible, so I set a date for myself: before going to Japan.
Yes, if possible,
I hope as soon as possible.
In the next few days, I will not do any work, just watch Anime.
I know that skipping food may make me lose my temper, so I avoid work or study. Also, watching Anime makes me emotionally stable, and my attention is focused on Anime, so I won't feel too bored.

I feel my heart beat faster, and I feel weak in my legs.

About 48 have passed, my current weight is 90.35kg. Yes, I have drunk a lot of water, including soft drinks, like pineapple beer, Red Bull, and milk.
And I was so hungry, I ate tomatoes, eggs, ham and a bowl of rice.
My God, this challenge is really uncomfortable.
You see, even though I ate so much, I still lost my weight compared to yesterday. That means the weight lost is probably the weight of water.

My current weight is 90.25kg. Although I ate a little bit yesterday, but you see, the weight still dropped. This shows that eating less is still effective. It's really hard to do without food, but it's okay to eat a little bit.
