敢えて
「敢えて」means I think I can do something, there's no fear.
But 「敢えてしない」doesn't mean I cannot do beacause I am afraid to do it.
日本語の「敢えてしない」の意味は「問題なく出来るんだけど、状況を考えて、自主的にしないという選択をする」
I can do it without any problems, but considering the situation, I choose not to do it.
This is to not cause trouble to others.
「私は敢えてあなたに迷惑をかけない」意味としては「一般的には迷惑をかけていい場面だけど、今の状況を判断して、迷惑をかけないことにした」
Generally, it's no problem to bother you, but judging from the current situation, I decided not to bother you.
おまけ：
「できない」関する表現：
「~する勇気がない」は物理的に、「絶対に～できない」は心理的に；
「どうしても～できない」は物理的に、「とても～できない」は心理的に。
The Japanese seem to regard "「勇気」" as something that exists physically.
例文：
私はドリアンを食べる勇気がありません。（物理的）
I don't have the courage to eat Durian. (I don't have the courage so I can't eat.)
私はとてもあなたに迷惑をかけられません。（心理的）
I can't bother you very much. (I do not want to.)
そんなデリケートな話は絶対に出来ません。（心理的）
I can never talk about such a delicate story. (It's psychologically damaging.)
どうしても彼女をデートに誘えません。（物理的）
I just can't invite her to a date. (It's not that you can't psychologically, it's that you can't find the opportunity.)
