Dictation is very important, because the quality of listening almost determines the scores of the last three parts.（Listening、Speaking、Writing）
Today, I deliberately simulated the TOEFL test and listened to the last lecture. Because of an unknown word "glacier", I could hardly understand the whole lecture, then the answers I chose were all wrong, and my mood broke down.
I memorized the word "glacier", but I couldn't respond after hearing it. I thought it was another word.

Because I was not in a good mood in the previous listening part, so I did not do the speaking test very well...
But I found a problem. The difficulty of making sentences on the spot is too great. One is nervous, and the other is that there is no material. I mean, where do you find your examples?
Therefore, it is really necessary to memorize sentences.
The template is no longer enough. The template can only provide an established framework. The key is to make sentences by yourself. Anyway, your speaking speed can't keep up with the exam at all.

事实证明，有些东西，你不敲一遍就是不会记住。（口语也好、作文也好）
另外就是，把整篇TPO做完然后回头改错，这种做法其实不可取。
- 回头改意味着你会忘记之前做的题目；
- 你无法在一天内纠错完一整篇TPO，因为考试你都要花半天以上；
- 如果你要回头复习前一天的TPO，难度很大，并且会浪费更多的时间。
我的建议是——专攻。
做完一题立即check，这是最佳的解决方案。

另外，不要记笔记，要学会预判。
听力的最佳实践是，你预判professor接下来会说什么，验证自己的想法。
记笔记通常会很容易让你记住了细节词，却不知道他为什么要举这个例子，无法理解整体框架。

托福精听听写训练
依旧是自学，
我给自己的任务是这样的：
每天只要练习一到两段，
不是不断地刷题，而是要确保每一段话要学得滚瓜烂熟，
要完全把这个听力的段落，通过听写的练习逐字抄下来，
再标记一下连读弱读省读所有的这些小技巧，追求抓到更多的细节。
